You have completed step 1 of 2 in successfully registering to be a COFW member. In order to complete your registration, we need you to fill out the fields below and submit. As a registered non-profit in the state of Ohio, and to be able to reach you, we must keep track of the fields that are required. Optional fields, it is your choice whether to supply them.
Once you complete step two, below, various officers and chairs will:
- add your email to our google group, which is how we communicate with all members, such as the meeting agenda and meeting zoom link and opportunities
- invite you to join the private Facebook group
- update the Members page
- provide your email to the newsletter editor so that you receive your members-only newsletter
